larvae eat their way through death
preparing for metamorphosis
developing armored exoskeletons

Carcass spare parts
a constant form of art
indulging the hive queen
Patterns of violence

6 legs, separate abdomen
too many eyes to count
try to escape but they move to fast for me
abhorrent life forms invest our city

Backed into a corner
their strength grows in numbers
never released from there duty
carrying out atrocities
put apart victims while still alive
maintaining camaraderie
toxins into the bloodstream
left helpless and paralyzed

Invaders conquerors
permeator of species
left behind fungus rotting spoils
marking out there territory

At this rate population will decrease
death will come slowly
survival seems meaningless
sunlight is blocked out
jaws of terror at my flesh
obedience to kill with no remorse
signs of a struggle is everywhere
it is said that they sense movement
staying still for that reason
Heat receptors neurologically linked to the brain
ready to attack any other creature
shedding skin
absorbing black mass
engulfing endless swarm
mutated evolution
web of lies
poison soaked belief
